The principal of Mohawk Land Development Consultants, Thomas (Tom) P. Béchard, Jr., P.E., LEED AP-BD&C, earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Villanova University and has worked for several civil engineering firms during the first 18 years of his career.  In October of 2012, Tom decided to start his own engineering firm, Mohawk Land Development Consultants, LLC (Mohawk LDC).   At Mohawk LDC, we are dedicated to the success of our clients and we pride ourselves with exceptional quality and unsurpassed customer service.
